Curt..Enzo invited my brother and I up to ride the new Eldorado. Will probably do that when we get back, doubt that I'm a buyer. Can't speak for my brother though who had an original 850 Eldorado. 1973 IIRC.

Had a V7 Stone, LOVED the bike, it was flawless and trouble free, but had a very weak suspension and was just too small/cramped ergonomically for me. Loads of character and fun though, now you have me wanting to check out the California!
I rode a few different 1400 demo bikes at Bikeweek. They are awesome

Ditto. My V7 Classic was one of my most favorite bikes in 40+ years of riding, but I was ultimately put off by the inadequate dealer support.
I bought a new 1971 750 Ambassador in 71. It really was a great touring bike. Very comfortable and pretty darn reliable. Shaft drive, no more messing with a dirty old chain.
I'd keep the CB1100 in the stable if I were you. They are just so much fun riding around town. I've missed riding those old lighter bikes with the shorter wheel base and skinny tires, now I've got a modern bike just like the old standard bikes. Makes riding really fun again.
