The CB1100 Community Forum

The African Twin was sure getting a lot of attention at the Cleveland IX center last night but Honda did have a black CB1100 standard on display as well.
It appears to me they have not given up on the CB at this point but I am sad to say I did not see a lot of people looking at it but I for one was happy to see it on display.
I sat on a lot of bikes last night and the seating position of the CB1100 still feels as good as any to me.

I'm new here so forgive my ignorance, but wasn't 2014 the last year for the CB11 on the US? Does this suggest a possible resurgence?

The black one he is talking about is a 2014 STD, as of now there is not a 15 or 16,you are correct....

That's what I thought, thanks. Any word if Honda intends to bring it (or similar) back to the US?

No sign of it going anywhere other than Japan at the moment.

That's too bad. There is a real lack of stylish standard motorcycles in this country.
