As a month old new CB owner this forum and you guys have been so informative and helpful with setting my new bike up just the way I wanted to. Thank you for your info and advice. Hope I can contribute as much in the future.
Good group here, appreciate your kind words and look forward to your input going forward. It's a collective thing.
But not in a Borg way

The same goes for me.
When I joined two years ago right after I got my '14, the advice and help I got here was second to none.
You know, it's interesting how these forums work. I've been kind of quiet lately... working and traveling and just living. But a few years ago, I was blaming this forum for causing me to spend a lot of money. First for my 2013 and then for my 2014. Add in the cost of a trip to NC to ride with people I didn't know, hosting people at my house who I'd never even met (they were all great by the way) and then the inevitable adding of extras to my bike. At least the RLET's were free! So, fast forward to this year... my wife and I returned from taking a river cruise in France last month and I realized that a new camera was in order. So a note to a FB friend goes out about what Nikon forum to join (I like Nikon's) and he tells me about 'Nikonians'. So I join it and 'meet' nice people over there just like here... and all of a sudden I'm out well over $1600.00 in new gear. Be careful... these forum guys will cost you a lot of money if you don't watch out! Welcome aboard and congrats on your new bike!
What? No freebies from the Nikon crowd? Obviously they are not as nice as us lol

Yeah... I know what you mean. At this point, I think I should buy stock in Samurider.

I think I just did = 10K on a 13 ?
I also have read through so many post and soaked up much knowledge and really don't have that much to offer about a bike I bought but have never ridden but have been on the fence for two years wanting one.
Being USMC disabled and mid 60's I try to have fun , laugh , make jokes but my first love has been Motorcycles of all kinds. went around the world twice and instead of hitting the bars in ports I rented motorcycles and dodged victory liners , jeepneys , and even got ran over by the first Mercedes Benz I had ever seen in Hong Kong because they all drive on the wrong side of the road over there...
My name is Papa Weeley, and I approve this message! Thumbs Up
