So wife wasn't up for posing eh? Just kidding. Pad looks great on there. Again, you are going to confuse so many people with that bike.
She is still sick. I did get her on the bike to check out the pannier fitment- but she didn't want to get dressed for anything beyond that. The lower pad and laid back angle fit her much better. Unfortunately she doesn't fit the panniers to peg relationship. I'm going to post about that in a separate thread.

There will be pictures soon enough when we ride.
Looks great, PowerDubs. Did you get the pad back from the failed supplier or did you have buy a new one?
He sent the stuff back after I bugged him incessantly.

Still need the back pad (and Kimija bar) to arrive from the JA that claimed he shipped it a week ago. (uh-huh)...

If I don't have it by Friday I am just going to order a new back pad and Kijima bar and eat the cost.

Bike is filthy- and needs some detail touch ups on some of my 'work'... also still needs the brushed valve cover swapped out... but it is 98% done.. I hope I am not the only one that likes it... also need to mount the Samurider hard cases.

I know you from the Vortex! Recognized the pics. When I'm back in the NJ/NY area, maybe I'll send you a message. I was thinking of riding out to see a friend in NYC in June.

Love the bar by the way.

On topic: My wife is going for her first ride on my bike tomorrow. She picked up a helmet while in NY this week. She arrives home tomorrow. I'm hoping she has fun and we can get a good couple of summers of riding in before we have kids.

Someone mentioned that most CB riders seem to be older; I'm wondering whta the demographics are. I'm just over 30.
