For sure.... and I’d never criticize anyone else’s taste for red on a bike!
I’m also happy to be in the minority of those that went for a color change to suit personal preference and make the bike even more unique.
Styling aside, it looks like the main differences come down to:

The 2014 Deluxe is the nicest looking CB1100 made to date.
I own 2017 EX only because the Deluxe was never made available here in Canada and it was too expensive to import.
I'm torn. If the '14 DLX's side covers fit within the frame, I might choose it as the prettiest. I love the silver motor, plus it has the green gauges.
The '13 is definitely the sportiest-looking, and its tank looks sleeker than the '14 DLX's.
Hard for me to choose against the '17 as the best-looking, though, due to the spoked wheels and the additional chrome and aluminum bits everywhere, to go with that amazing paint on the seamless tank.
If the '14 Deluxe had spokes and triangular side covers it would be tough to beat, but, like I said, I'm torn. I can't decide between the utility of the mag wheels vs the beauty and period-correctness of the spokes. I know I prefer the green gauges and triangular side covers. I think I lean to the silver motor and spokes.
It's too close to call. Looks-wise, I wouldn't turn my nose up at any of them, including the black '14 Standard.
I'm also selling a 2013 ABS model for $3900... near Seattle. I'm up to 52,000 miles and the DLX you are looking at was one of the bikes I was considering to replace it but the 2017 EX is winning out. I can tell you that DLX was well cared for and the previous owner, kvdv is still on the forum.
Nothing better than Palm Trees and a DLX.
