Why didn't you guys tell me sooner about about how nice these bikes ride, I would have bought one sooner. Took about a 25 mile ride today and really loved the bike, want to get the oil changed (filters should be here tomorrow) before I do any longer rides. Came home and immedeatly took off the windscreen. It had the wind hitting me right in the helmet. Never rode FI bike before. Made my Nighthawk feel ancient. Happy camper here.

You can't really tell someone what it's like to ride a CB1100 for the first time, they have to experience it for themselves to truly understand.
Now you are one of us.
We do tell people... They don't believe us.... Until they ride one themselves.
True, I wouldn't have believed it without experiencing it myself.
Yea!
My father in law started on a nighthawk 750, and then bought a big Harley clone Kawasaki that he has had since early 2000’s.
I really want to get him onto my bike.

It took me awhile to warm up to my '14 Standard. I had been looking at a number of other bikes at the time. Since then, I've ridden those same bikes I was considering...didn't like how they rode nearly as much as how they looked (Triumph Street Twin, T100, T120--actually this was kinda of nice--, MG V7.3, BMG F800gs, Ducati Scrambler).
Glad you're enjoying yours

The real question that has to be answered here is why didn't Honda inform sooner of this bike the members of top-tier motorcycling public, of which this enlightened gentlemen is a fine example...?
Welcome

This bike is great ain’t it. Every bike I’ve had has always vibrated etc . It’s cool but def a diff vibe . The CB is so smooth I fell in love with it . I was also amazed at the torque it has . Absolutely no issue pulling a higher gear at lower speeds

I bought my '14 sight-unseen right out of the box exactly four years ago. All I knew about it was from a magazine article in 2013 and the 2014 dealer brochure picture.
Never laid eyes on one before until after the dealer prep was done and it was ready to take home.
I smiled all the way home and am still smiling
