No fog on the sunshield, but the clear main shield fogged up very easy, so it is good they include the pinlock which eliminates ANY fog on the main clear shield.
Ive had my shoei x11 for 6 years now and love it for the fit and the aerodynamics in clean air on a naked bike .. It's a bit noisy with all 3 vents and rear exhaust vents open .. I'm usually riding with the vents closed as the SF Bay Area doesn't really get too not for me to open up the vents ..
I also have the shoei gt air for over a year now and I LOVE the inbuilt sun visor shield which I use all the time unless it's raining or dark .. I feel it's not as noisy as the x 11 but has pretty good larger but fewer vents compared to the x11 ..
It feels like the x11 has a nicer build quality than the gt air but they are both great and very comfortable .. You can remove all the interior liners and pads on both and wash them easily and the parts are easy to reassemble ..
I've had a Shoei RF 1000 for 4 years and love it. I tried on an Arai and found it even more comfortable. The styling and visor of the GT is compelling.

And RF-1000 meets DOT and SNELL standards
