I tried mine on locally, but the shop didn't have the color I wanted so I ended up ordering from Revzilla. I felt a little guilty though because it's nice to have local shops that stock helmets so that you can try them on. If everyone orders them online, then it's not worth it for the local shops to keep them in stock.

Yes, local shop support is one of the reasons I bought my last helmet locally. Plus, they fitted it to my head by ordering a different thickness of cheek liner thickness, and did not charge me for the exchange. Trying it on and making sure of the fit is another reason I buy a helmet locally, even if I have to pay a bit more then buying online.
