Maybe this should be in its own thread, but according to an email I just received from my dealership, they have 2 new black 2014 CB1100 and have them listed for $5999.00 (plus tax, etc.). Their website does not show these bikes yet. If you're interested, you may want to call Des Plaines Honda at (847) 699-9600 and ask about this.

Greekcb, I finally succumbed and had it delivered last Thursday. Rode it all weekend. It is amazing I did not end up in Idaho or somewhere. What a special groove it has.
this is a bike that will make you pass up the closest turn to your house so that you can ride a little bit further.
I haven't met one that hasn't. Although with the old stock seat...

Sissy. I did an IBA SaddleSore (1,000 miles/24 hours) on a '13 with stock seat. No issue at all.

I've done 698 miles in 12 hours on the stock seat with no complaints, and Empty Sea did over 600 same day on a stock seat. You kids need to toughen up your tushys.
