I get my BP tested every year, and take low dose med for it. Gun shooter in a basement as a child, 60s rock and roll concerts, racing 2 strokes for 10 years, and riding street motorcycles without ear plugs for 52 years has pretty much done my ears in.

Yeah, it's a case of not knowing what we didn't know until it was too late - then there is no going back or remedy for it.
