I'm a fan of Klim gear. But they don't have any motorcycle boots that I like. So I started searching. Here are my criteria:

- Ankle armor. 3DO if possible.
- Toe protection.
- Shin protection. If you've ever been hit by gravel at speed...
- Waterproof.
- Leather construction.
- Vibram sole, if possible.
- Shift patch.

I found several boots over $300 which checked most of the boxes. Then I found Falco Tourance boots. I ordered them from Motostorm in Italy. They were significantly less expensive than most similar boots. They took about two weeks to ship to the U.S. [url=https://www.motostorm.it/en/clothing/boots/falco-tourance-black.html]Motostorm.

I've ridden with them for about 400 miles, so far. I like everything about them. They're still a bit stiff, but they're breaking in. They're also a bit warm, but not uncomfortably so. They have a thicker sole than my previous boots, so I had to raise the shift lever. They have the same armor as my Klim gear. Hopefully, I'll never have to test that. Overall, I'm really pleased. I still have to see how they do in cold weather. I'm sure they'll be fine. I got a size big enough to accommodate thick socks.

Motostorm is a great site. Without VAT, prices shipped to the US ( based on Euro/USD rate) are often a good bit lower than buying in US. And they have some product that we don't get. Keep us posted on the boots, they look great!
Very nice boots. I bought my Sidi's on-line from a vendor in Italy and saved about 40% vs. any price I could find in the U.S.
I always buy my boots , gloves and some other riding gear direct from Germany; much cheaper but you have to know your size.
Agreed. I have a pile of Dainese gear- saved many hundreds by waiting for it to arrive from Germany.
I like your list....especially the Vibram sole.

I started searching for water proof Gore-Tex after messing with over boots last week.

I do most of my riding in the summer 90+ heat so cooler boots would be a plus.

I researched every post I could find on the forum.

I finally decided on these Sidi Aria Gore-Tex Boots.

I went back and forth between these and the TCX AirTech Evo Gore-Tex Boots

I had a hard time finding them in stock anywhere....ordered a pair last night....hope they deliver this week in time for my two 1 week trips I have planned.
