i was at the international bike show in november looking for new boots
Umberto Luce was there they trace your foot on paper you pick style, color and souls
it took 3 months to get them, but they are very comfy and fit just a bit loose i will use thick socks price was about $250

Those look nice. I like that they have the D3O ankle pad, a decent calf height, good tread and shifter protection.

Shame for a 'custom' fit- that they are loose out of the box- as leather will stretch.

Look like they will last a long long time. I really like those...

No , they use air cooled insoles .
