Mr. Oliver's commentary is brief but seems to reflect the findings of the .pdf file of the complete report. I could find no material on ABS or other electronic aids but admit not reading the entire thing, just the conclusions and a review of the protocol and the data tables.
To sum it up, we are our own worst enemy. Really.

Haven't looked at it yet, but is it a surprise?

It doesn't say a darn thing.
Also did not read all that.....
The one thing i recommend other than pretending your invisible is practicing panic breaking over and over instead of waiting for that day you see how you do when it is for real ?
also maneuverability when i have no one around me I all of a sudden focus on and whip around any seen or perceived object of pot hole in the road and shoot from one side of the road to the other , this has saved my life many times when i needed it.
also stability and balance at every red light or stop sign i try to balance the bike at very low speed and quick stops without the need to put my food down , inch forward etc. took 1000 miles to really get glued into this new CB.
the list goes on and on and i may never need ABS with such great brakes but it gives me peace of mind knowing it is there.

Absolutely. Where I live seems motorists provide "live fire training" more often than I would like.

motorists provide "live fire training"

man, how true is that statement!
