Could be a wet race.....which could be problematic under the lights. Race director recently took a spin in the rain at night in a car and gave a provisional ok.
620 is carrying qualifying tomorrow afternoon.

After FP3 Vinales is still at top of time sheet, but some of the aliens are way down the list and Lorenzo did not automatically qualify. Rossi qualified by the skin of his teeth. SOme new names near the top.
FP3. KTM 22nd and 23rd. Yamaha, Suzuki, Tech 3 Yamaha, Ducati, Honda in first 5 positions.

Dumb question what's a fp ? I watch moto gp but that escapes me
Free practice 1

To put it simply, they get 3 "free practices" to work on bike set up, ( FP1, FP2 and FP3)then qualifying for grid position ( shown tomorrow) then pre race practice which is short the morning of the race, a warm up lap. then the race. ( shown Sunday)
Good to know thanks
