Not sure if this has been mentioned but a bright helmet and jacket help us stand out.

And I always assume the other person doesn't see me....at intersections, taking turns, etc.
My aux lighting solution for my GT. Not a lot of cold, hard cash required and gets the job done. During dawn, dusk, and at night these are my deer spotters pointed to the left and right sides of the road. During the day the strike the vision of drivers entering from left or right.

Bought a yellow Shoei helmet this weekend.

My wife thinks I look like a clown, but if it helps me stay out of an accident I am OK with that.
