Learning a rider's skill level and giving them suggustions for improvements to have a better ride. This could be interesting, given a lot of the guys in my area who buy brand new 1000s as a first bike.

Unlike Knight Rider's "Kit", the audio sensor hardware and AI filtering has to be incredibly well designed to filter out all the noise generated by wind, engine, helmet echo, cursing, etc. so that no false commands are interpreted. Beware.
