After all my whining about the heat and humidity, overnight a switch was flipped and temps plunged to 10-11C (50-52F) nights and 22c (72F) days with no humidity

Same here in Ontario, but was able to clocked 2 day/1300 km trip last weekend...warm air moves in again into Ontario = more riding

I hope to be able to ride on Wednesday.
But during Atlantic Coast hurricane season things can change in a day.
