Things like Polysporin, Robax Platinum, etc. are inexpensive off the shelf items in Walmart that are popular with American tourists.

Difference between U.S. and Canadian pharmaceuticals... Sad
I've used Voltaren tablets as anti-inflammatories and found them very effective. No good for a bloke with colitis though.
Today was the most miles I put on in 1 day this month...133 miles lol .... 41 on the CB and 92 on the FJR.

Got my third and last set of injections in my knees yesterday, and they are feeling pretty good. With the Voltarin anti-inflammaory gel 4x day on the knuckles and thumb of my right hand and the cramp buster throttle assist on each bike I am not having too much issue with the arthritis. Only issue holding me back now from some serious riding is the colitis, and I have an appt with the Gastroenterology in a couple weeks to see if there is something new I can try on that front. Fingers crossed but not really expecting much.

Tomorrow I am going to try and ride up and meet a buddy for lunch near Columbus, so that would make about a 180 mile day. Almost all of it freeway so I'll be able to use the cruise control on the FJR for a lot of those miles. We will see how it goes.
Ferret, my friends that have knee pain swear by this stuff https://thevoodoolab.com/
More miles than me!

Happens to the best of us.
Doc now that your vision is fixed, are you considering riding again?

No, I am learning to be satisfied with 55 years of riding...other adventures await.

it's actually a very famous trike. when I was a kid there was a plastic model kit by Revel I think, that I built of it.
