The two sports certainly go together.
Many times when I'm out on the road alone I imagine that I'm flying
I also love flying and airplanes - vintage aircraft and warbirds in particular.

I have noticed that many forum members are either pilots or aircraft enthusiasts as I am. That exhilarating feeling as you lean into a turn is as close as one can get to the sensation of banking an airplane.

Very cool! Looks like an old Antonov AN-2. A real workhorse!
