Anyone else notice their feet getting warm after riding for a while? I think the catalytic converter is getting quite hot and radiating a lot of heat. It could just be me.....but I'm suspecting not.

Wow, we only get a few days a year that hot. On those days we ride early in the morning and late in the evening and avoid the heat of the day.
Here in North Carolina during August it can be 100* with 90% humidity...kinda makes you want to do a "Ricky Bobby"-tear your clothes off and run around yelling " I'm on fire!"

Out here in the desert, it's 95 degrees or better about 7 months out of the year. During the hottest part of the summer, 115 is not unusual. You get used to it.
