I have no invoice, so I don't know what the specific product was. The film covers the front (where your belt would rub) and the sides of the tank, the indentations. You can't see it unless you're really looking. Love that stuff!

The tech and shop owner both said it was such a cool bike it was on the house....They did tell me that they don't advertise it or offer putting it on bikes because it's expensive, they didn't think they'd get enough business to make it worth their time of effort. I was kinda surprised b/c it took him about 15 mins to put it on, seemed very easy to me. All I know is its guaranteed for 7 years, but he said it'll last for a long time if its garage kept and maintained (normal wash & wax stuff).

Fork Gaiters were the ol' $15 amazon special

I had some from eBay on there and they disintegrated in like 4 weeks...these have been on there a while and look great. I cut them when I install 'em, I don't pull the forks.

Sincere thanks for the recommendation! I just ordered a pair!
Well, I guess there's been enough changes to my bike to warrant an update of things from a year and a half ago now!
I went with kind of a Superbike look:

Road Comet fairing w/ tinted screen
Force Design red side covers
MIZ front fender
CB500 mirrors
Grip Puppies
CRG style brake and clutch levers
Moriwaki frame sliders
K&H High double seat, smooth top, no grab strap
Metalmaven license plate mount
Chrome license plate frame
ZRXMan oil filler cap (not shown)
2014 metal front sprocket cover
Chrome chainguard
Staintune exhaust
Fork reflectors removed
Those cool little white and red topped Honda chrome valve stem caps that someone was selling on here a while back
...seems like I'm forgetting something here...?

And this one with the Tiro seat, just to show the front sprocket cover and chainguard:

Now that I look at these pictures, I'm thinking maybe I need one of Samurider's shorty black rear fenders... Big Grin
Looks good Papa. I vote yes to the black rear fender with the smaller taillight. I just bought the red rear fender with the Lucas taillight. I like the Miz fender, that might be next for me. Sure do wish Staintune made sets for the DLX.
Thank you, sir!
Yeah, love the sound of that exhaust. Very nice low, throaty tone without being too loud. It sounds great without looking too non-stock, too. They were really easy to work with (they're in Oz, of course) - I'd contact them to see if they'd be interested in making a DLX version.
Looks great. I love those road comet fairings, just not ready to pull the trigger yet. They sure are pricey. Im still thinking about the Dart marlin also.
I contacted the U.S. People, they don't. I don't get why though. There arn't many DLXs in the U.S., but there are piles of EXs in various country's with the same exhaust. I think it was Cormanus that mentioned that the DLX didn't make it to OZ, so Staintune doesn't have anything to model too.
Ah. That's too bad. Didn't realize that.
The bike looks great Papa Weeley.

Satintune is an Australian outfit. I'm sure I've read they'll make slip ons for the DLX/EX, but someone have to lend them an OEM set. Hard when there's none in Australia.
I'll ship them mine.......if they ship me theirs Big Grin
You should approach them with that Chapomis.
