I will include the DLX even though it is not finished yet. The weekend I was going to work on it 3 weeks ago, turned out to be torn ligaments in my right foot. Of course I did squat that weekend. Was not able to walk well, so all work has been halted. But, thanks to my granddaughter's ability wrap feet, she enabled me to go to work and now I can walk/ride just fine if my foot is wrapped. Please try not to focus on the corroded parts too much because they ALL will gone by Christmas. That is the deadline I have set for myself to finish the DLX. It is licensed and inspected, so it is road legal, just not road pretty in my opinion.
I know it is here somewhere, but forgive me, what is the deadline? Thanks again, Michael

I never said they all had to be spotless. Theres bound to be a creative way to photograph a corroded DLX. Don't be afraid to catch the imperfections in the shot. It may make for a really interesting entry. Maybe even do the shots in the garage. It'd be pretty cool to have artistic photography of a partially disassembled bike. What's important is good lighting and super sharp focus. These pics are going to get printed pretty large. So we don't want any fuzziness.

Funny, I have replaced every part I have taken off with a new part before I go on to another part of the bike, so it is road worthy, except for my still bouncing Meter platform. I have yet to lock-tite it in because I have some internals (rusted screws) to replace. So it will be 'as is'. The bands even on the Fuel Injectors are rusted and soon to go. The fun part will be the gas tank and rear fender, both mufflers, Headers, and all the little screws, washers & nuts on the entire exhaust system. My money in will never be recouped, but I think Forum members know why I am doing this.

with a small sensor ( like from a phone) keep the " iso " down ...just ....Use a tripod for indoor shots when the light is bad so that you can choose longer shutter speeds........some phones have an extra night function / setting .... if you cannot cope with the manual settings
the normal fully automatic pushes the ISO up, but keeps the shutter speed rather short so that no tripod is needed to protect against blurring ..... but high ISO values generate the so-called "noise" ... the image looks blurred ...
a large sensor can capture much more light at the same time, so the iso values remain much lower there for longer ...... the dynamics (color and brightness gradation) also suffer much less with a large sensor with higher iso values

Howdy gang,

This is your friendly neighborhood self-publisher just dropping in with an update on the first annual official CB1100 calendar. I've put together a quick and dirty proof of the document based on what I have to work with so far. I have more submissions than this at this time (about 10 total) but I'm not done processing all those images. Heck, this probably isn't even the order in which I'll present the pictures, so if you see yourself on a particular month, don't get too attached to it just yet! I just wanted to show everybody how the calendar is arranged, what the date grids look like, where you'll see your personalized quote, ect. So, take a look, level critique, let me know what you think. There's one example of a bike collage on here already too, so you can see roughly how that's going to be executed where applicable.

I like it so far. Are you going to be put stuff like the holidays etc....day boxes in the months?
