I’ve been intouch with Samurider about purchasing a RS seat for my 2014 but was told I’d have to remove the grab bars under the seat to do so,is this correct?

didn't realize it, but that appears to be correct, imo....
the rs seat looks much flatter and more horizontal at the bottom edge
