The CB1100 Community Forum

Did a little 100 mile run up to Sunset Point on I-17 north of Phoenix this afternoon. Took the Griso to The Grotto for morning coffee and the CB350F to Denny's for a meeting and saved the CB1100 for a ride with friends up the hill.

You'll see Carl and Larry, co-workers I will ride with from time to time and the view from Sunset Point.

Cool! Sure looks different in that last pic than what I see when I look outside here.

Ferret, the last pic looks a lot like its beginning to look around here. Very different to what you're posting. Hope it lets up soon.

You can tell we were really suffering from the cold. Later on in the year it is "pleasant" up here, then we have to drive back down the hill and hit the heat.

Coming from Flagstaff we start to feel the heat around Camp Verde, Sunset Point feels hot and once we hit Black Canyon City about ten miles from Sunset it is HOT.

We have had a very warm weekend (typical weather pattern, the east has cold weather move in it pulls in hot weather in the west) but expect a pretty good cool down over the week to next weekend.
