Geared up and took my first ride of the year. It was probably near 50 but I miscalculated on the gloves. The grip puppies that I added for diameter pretty much cancel the heated grips.

Before I got going I stopped at Al's Bar and Grill for the daily special, Sh** on a Shingle.

Then it was off to the Sand Mountains of Sandy Neck in Barnstable. I kept to the back road twisties and was very pleased to find no traffic Clap but then it's march on Cape Cod.

The best part is when I got home and realized that not once did I complain about the seat. It's the first long ride I have taken with the Chic trunk seat...I think we have a winner Banana

Oh, this entire post was created, photos too, on my iPhone Big Grin
Good work Chapomis. Glad you're back in the saddle for the year, although I'm not totally persuaded by the substance on the toast.
A classic US GI meal Cormanus and quite good actually.

Glad you could get out Alan.
Next time ...
It started out in life as Beef Stroganoff, but gets downgraded to S on S as leftovers, one of my wife's better dishes. Oh, Ferret, no onions !
Looks pretty desolate there Chapomis. bIke looks good ( you need to straighten right rear turn signal though lol).

We use cremed chip beef on biscuits or toast for our SoS. That reminds me, haven't had it in awhile. i'm past due.
Geez ... it's a while since I've cooked a beef stroganoff too. Thanks for the idea.
Sand Mountains???? OK, I believe you. Good photos.

Cheers
Glad you're back in the saddle Chapomis. It's been a few years since I've been on the Cape. We used to spend a week or 2 in the summer when our daughter was young.

Nice pics of the bike and dunes! Thumbs Up
