One thing that seemed to be missing (although maybe I just overlooked it) is any reference to your wine at the end of your ride. I've no recollection of what I drank. Chances are I had a cup of tea when I got home and then warmed up a while later with a [url=http://www.monteiths.co.nz/Beer-And-Cider/Brewer%E2%80%99s-Series-Pointer%E2%80%99s-Pale-Ale]Monteith's Pointers Pale Ale. I can't recall what came after that. Possibly a white as that is what my wife drinks.

I've not tasted the Rymill, but the Coonawarra district is famous for its reds. As many of us down under like big wines like shiraz, we look to the Coonawarra for inspiration. Shiraz is my red grape of choice. I'll look out for it and let you know when I've tried some—indeed tracking down a bottle might be an excuse for a ride!
