@Cormanus, you are fully right.

Yes, it seems that you also know Salisbury or South England very good, the second and the third pictures are from the cathedral of Salisbury, the first and the last one are from the Battle Abbey. Sorry for the confusion, haven't found out how to label the pictures.

And also yes, the clock in Salisbury Cathedral is supposed to be the oldest working clock in the world, it is from 1386 and it is still working. It has no clock face but it shows the time when it struck the hours. There was not enough light so the photos are a a little bit dark.

More great pictures. Thanks Coliban. I don't know the south of England well at all, but I do have a strong memory of visiting Salisbury Cathedral. I knew the Magna Carta was there, but the clock was a surprise.
