Do you get the advice popgun and KiowaEagle are giving you about not being able to use both http:// and https:// together? It will be one or the other. Most times these days, particularly with commercial sites it will be https://.

Anyway, none of that matters with Postimage.

If you follow your link, https://postimg.cc/qtktfg9q, you'll see this screen:

[Image: 0f85e395ae711ddf41c5c3faee3f4e20.png]

Click (1) on <Share> and you'll see this:

[url=https://postimg.cc/LYBQg9LX][Image: 48c2c0c9ffb3167e312f557ee11522e8.png]

Click (2) on the little icon at the end of the box that says <Hotlink for forums>. This will copy the information you need to the clipboard of your device. Then go to your post and select paste. On the screen, you'll see something like:

Code:
[url=https://postimages.org/][Image: CB628-B71-AC84-4-D8-B-B150-25-DBFE68-EC96.jpg]
But, when you post or preview your post, you should see this:

By way of explanation, the Forum software looks for 'tags' to tell it to do something special. It encloses those tags in square brackets [] and needs both an opening and closing tag. The closing tag will look like [/]. That tells the software to stop doing something. IMG is the tag you need to display pictures. So, if you type,

Code:
[img]A URL[/img]
and 'A URL' displays a picture, the forum should display that picture. A word, though. If the URL does not end with '.jpg' or '.jpeg' or '.png' it is not likely to work. I've no idea why.

I hope that makes sense. Let me know if it doesn't.

I know this but which option to us on the option list after the picture in downloaded?

I’m not sure why. Like I said before I use Tapatalk to post pics mainly because I find this process so infuriating....lol

KiowaEagle, see the information above. Your link (http://http//postimg.cc/qtktfg9q) won't work because it makes the same mistake as FLYTM's earlier link. It also won't work because the link is to a page CONTAINING a picture rather than to the picture itself.
I have to absent myself for a wee while, but I'll be back later and can answer more questions.
Interesting, it must add the http:// without showing you. Good to know.

Well at least you can see it if you click on it. Nice pic! What seat is that you have on it?

OK, Flytm, this is weird. What interface are you using to access Postimage? I can't for the life of me figure how you're generating those links.

Here is the image you tried to post above.

If you're using the forum's <link to image> box, I think it may. I recall it behaves differently on a computer and a tablet/phone. On one—the tablet/phone, I think—you have to <select all> items in the text box and then paste in the new one. However, the odd thing about the link you posted earlier is that the colon after the 'https' has gone awol. Weird.
Update for FLYTM: I went back to the start of this thread and saw you are using an iPhone 6. So, here are some images from Postimage on an iPhone using an image I posted for you once before.

I'm in an album I called "FLYTM's Wheels" and this is the first image I see. Tap the <share> icon indicated by 1.
[url=https://postimg.cc/m1hMW43k][Image: 34270b5d2150162d63778f30fb7adc43.png]

This screen appears. Tap the copy icon indicated by 1. You will see a bubble saying 'Copied' if you're successful. Paste the result into your post.

This is what I see in the post ...

Code:
[url=https://postimages.org/][Image: IMG-5350.jpg]
This is what readers see ...

[url=https://postimages.org/][Image: 1233723b88ba503b30b91d8917d3937d.jpg]

BUT

... if you click on the <Share> icon (1), it will display a list of links for all the photos in the gallery (2).

[url=https://postimg.cc/v1VbjN6y][Image: ffe0d314371d563572443915dcba1975.png]

Make sure the <codes> drop down box (1) is set to <Hotlink for forums> (2). Then, clicking the copy icon (3) will copy a list of all the photos in that album.

[url=https://postimg.cc/56rcVmJ2][Image: 9b77aa7e441f8759d484fb3a39695bcc.png]

You can paste them all into your post and then work around them.

OK,Ive got to the point I can post the link,click on the link and it brings up the picture,now when I post a picture in a tread do I click on the PICTURE icon or the LINKS icon at the top of my post? I’m gettin there.
If you follow the instructions I gave above, you don’t need to click either icon, just paste what you’ve copied from Postimage. It contains the tags you need.

Nicely toned header pipes - consistent, at least from the view of the image.
