AFAIK, there isn't anyone making sidecar mounts for the CB11 but that doesn't mean there's not. I have been a sidecar guy for years and have one ready to mount to a CB as soon as I can find out if I can get a black CB in 2014.
I have a fantastic custom made subframe for the bike that was made by a friend who recently finished attaching his S/C to his CB. Some of my mounting parts came from DMC Sidecars who I am sure could make up anything you need. I know they make mounts for CB750's and I'm sure the design would be the same except for being enlarged. They may already have mounts for the CB11 in production, but I doubt it. If I were you, I would call them and talk to Jay (Giese). He's the owner. They do great work. (866) 638-1793 dmcsidecars.com

Could you post some pics of your friend's CB hack setup? Real curious as I've been interested in a sidecar for years and until this thread started I didn't even think about using the CB as a tug.
Would the front end need any changes to sidecar duty?
Been cruising the Hack subforum over at ADVRider.com for a few years and even thought about getting a medium scooter/sidecar combo so I could take some of my dogs for a ride.

The steering works great and has no "trail " issues. When I can figure out how to post pics, I will.
