Here are some pictures of a seat I had made a few weeks ago. This was done using the U.S. OEM seat. I paid $425 for this to be done but $50 was for the special RED thread used. The thread is UV protected and thicker than what is usually used on motorcycle seats.

I am thinking along the lines of the Mugen bike as well, probably next winter or spring. I love the lines of the bike with that bikini fairing and cafe seat. Lovely. I can see a set of black Yoshi's in my future too.
Thanks - I really wish someone would make the exact exhaust as on the Mugen bike.

Good on you for taking the initiative to go after what you want. I love the look of the Mugen bike and also wish the seat and exhaust were avaialble. Especially love the seat. Funny nobody in the aftermarket has attempted to copy the Mugen seat. Most of the cafe seats I have seen just do not do it for me. I am drawn to the new 2014 seat on he DLX and may go that route if they become available through Samurider this Spring. Great looking bike.
