They really get the choices over there. If we had those colors here, I'd go with the Black DLX model, with my black step plates added.

The Sword silver metallic and Pearl Spencer Blue come with dark side panels as opposed to matching ones. Interesting.

Killen me, Spokes, 4 into 2, low bars, smaller turn signals, color coordinated side panels. I have everything but spokes and 4 into 2.

Help! Need info on the US 2014 Deluxe color. I did some searching because I remember someone mentioning the color name and describing it as a bit darker (some purple added to the mix?)

Also I've seen our 2013 color described as Candy Apple Red or Candy Glory Red. Anyone know the official name?

Finally does anyone know if the 2014 red is the same in the US & Japan?

UPDATE - I answered my own question I think. Honda Japan red is called Candy Alizarin Red, darker then 2013 red.

You got it. From what I've been able to tell, all of the red 2014s will be Candy Alizarin Red, where all of the '13s were Candy Glory Red.

I've been going back and forth on the side panels. I really like the '14 DLX style, but it's the wrong shade of red. I thought that was a deal killer, but I remembered that Takashi gets custom side panels from Force-Design, who paints their own in Honda colors. I sent Takashi an email today seeing if they'll be doing any '14 DLX panels in '13 Candy Glory Red. If so, I'll be a happy camper.
