If you purchase a Honda rear carrier and a Jardine sissybar with backrest (regular or mini) you can make some simple mounting plates to attach them together. You'd have to drill a couple holes in each side of the rack, mount the plates and then attach the backrest. There are several threads on this with better pictures and details.

Other possibilities are the Givi and Hepco rear racks.Both have grab bars that you can mount a back rest.
