Seen those, but I don't remember where. Kickstarter maybe? Cool that your Plymouth fits in there. You can also configure it with a flash drive if I recall correctly.
You could just as easily not keep your key on your keyring, or use a carabiner. I never let any keys hang down from the key cylinder in my cars, but at least it's not a Chevy where the weight of the keys can turn off your car, causing you to crash, killing you because your airbags don't deploy when your car is off
I've always kept my motorcycle key separate, by itself, but have been considering adding my sidebag-key to it so something like this may help.
You should check them out. You can put nearly any key in there. Chipped keys too. For me the best part is that I don't lock myself out of the house because I took only my bike key!

Wow free shipping. Must get in on that. I glued felt to my triple clamp because the rattle from the garage remote was irritating. The only concern I would have is that the device sits high and may, if you are a clumsy b....... Like me, end up in tears with a broken or bent key.

Some motorcycle owner's manuals actually state to never use a keyring or any kind of attachment because of a hazard to controlling the motorcycle. I've never attached anything to motorcycle key(s). Each key sits on a hook all by itself. Any other keys I need I bring separately.
The main issue would be inadvertently turning off the ignition, although with the gizmo pictured above, I'd think there would be a most excellent chance of simply snapping off the key in the ignition, as well.
And the recent GM recall/NHTSA episode, where the weight of additional keys caused the ignitions to fail unexpectedly in a number of vehicle models (apparently leading to some accidents/deaths), also lends some substance to this argument against bunching keys together.

I ruined one bike's dash area with keys. From then on its been just the bike key with a small rubber fob.
I never take my key out of the bike unless I'm parked outside somewhere

GM has been making awful key cylinders since they started selling cars with keys. My Firebird's was so bad I could put the key in, start the car, then put the key back in my pocket!
I bought one of these and removed a few of the links to keep the overall length down. It was a whopping $3 shipped all the way from Thailand. Works great and looks good (or at least I think so). FYI, the seller Amazon shows now is different than the one I bought from.

Be careful Pterodactyl. Your bike would surely have the HISS system and knocking the top off it is likely to stop that working. If you do take it out you'll have to find a way to have the top in the vicinity of the lock.
It's old fashioned really, but I keep my keys on a carabiner and simply take the bike key off to use it. That way I have to take the other keys with me when I go out.
