Mr T says this is the first WM chain guard he sold. (I bought it as soon as he posted it).

It took 3 weeks for Takashi to get it from WM, including a one week national holiday, and 3 days to arrive in my mailbox.

Here is a quick and dirty picture of the WM and my Plot chain guard http://www.samurider.com/?p=13292/#itemImage . Plot is Honda’s official aftermarket chain guard.

Both guards are made of steel. The Plot is chromed and the WM is polished stainless steel.

The WH is a close copy of the chain guard on one of Ryujin’s café style CB1100s.

I’ll be posting the Plot for sale soon if anyone is interested. It lists for 120,000 yen and with shipping runs about $140 US. I’ll be looking for $75 including shipping to the continental US
I've got the Plot. It's a very nice quality piece, with great chrome. I didn't realize that they were Honda's official aftermarket guys, but it doesn't surprise me - it is definitely OEM quality.
That's a steal of a price for somebody looking for a little bling-bling!
GLWS!
I've got the Plot too. Where were you 5 months ago? Big Grin

I gotta say I really like the minimalist look of the WM chain guard and it appears to be lighter as well (just over a pound). Those folks over at WM certainly do seem proud of them, though. About twice the cost of a Plot.

Nice.
It's funny how your bike has taken on a look of its own with all of your mods. Its almost like a different model altogether!

Well said Papa. The "look" is very well intergrated so that it looks like the same mill in a different chassis. If I rode past it I probably wouldn't, at first, spot it as a CB. Seems to have a more low set look and the screen looks part of the design rather than an add on. Probably the paint job does that.

Nice though, and I'd like to see it alive and kicking.

Cheers
I've lost the plot. Excited
