[attachment=467][attachment=468]finally my luggage/bar rack is in from italy. its a givi sr1118 . i looked at several and liked this one best.
easy install, aprox time 1 beer . bolts right up to exsisting tie down bolts that extend on sides, did have to unbolt the top part of fender to get to rear nuts. not bad tho . becareful tightening the fender bolts the very far back 10mm are pot metal and didnt hold up the torque spec(RFT)
i shouldve pulled her out of garage for pics , was in a hurry to get done still 108 degrees yesterday and i was soaked
Oh my.... That IS a nice looking rack!
I really like the look of this one. Nice and almost half the price of OEM.
Have to agree, very nice rack Smile
All but one of the pictures are blurry. Can't seem to see anything in any of the pics except the one with the comfortable looking back rest...
Great rack. One of a kind. lucky man Wink
This is what I had in mind and at a decent price. I just ordered one. Thanks for sharing.
VERY symmetrical ........Thanks
Indeed. And that's also a nice luggage carrier you added to the CB.
Does your passenger find that the part extended above the seat helps in feeling secure?
