Thanks, that's what I was hoping to hear.

Sometimes I wish it was a little bigger but all in all I'm happy with mine. Easy to remove if you get the urge. And the ability to play with the angle is very nice. It took me a little experimenting to get mine where I like it.

I've been reading about all the different options available , trying to decide. I now have. Ask the man that owns one. Thanks to both of you that responded. I'll order mine today.

I do not like the look of windshields on bikes. That being said I have this on my bike as I commute daily and needed to cut down on the wind pressure on my chest. I cut it down four inches to make it look a little less obtrusive. I still don't like it and always take it off on the weekends for riding around Detroit metro. Maybe I should paint the darn thing to look more like it is part of the bike.

I own two. One for each CB. It does a great job keeping the wind off my chest at highway speed (which is why I bought it). There 3 adjustment points on each side, so you can get it just the way you like it. Adjustment might be more limited on the '14 models due to the larger instrument cluster.
I'm about to remove my Deflectors this weekend and install the bigger NC Plexi shields for the winter.

The '14 instruments do make adjustments more difficult. I could never get it adjusted where it wasn't noisy or buffety. Seems rider height and noise tolerance is the biggest factor in windscreen satisfaction.

I've mounted mine way high (as I do on every bike that I've put one of these on). It looks a little out of place that way (the bottom of the shield just clears the instruments), but it takes all the pressure away from the head down at the cost of a little buffeting and I like it that way.

I am riding a '14 DLX. I want to buy the correct NC street shield for this bike but the National Cycle website recommends the model N2561 (light tint no hand shield) There are so many models. Can anyone here confirm the correct one for me?
Thanks so much!!
