Just finished my install of the SP Tadao Power Box that I purchased through Samurider (who's service has been just fantastic for each order I've done).

Plusses
[li]It's very light. Man, that stock exhaust is heavy.[/li] [li]The finish and quality is very nice. It really is a pretty exhaust.[/li] [li]I like the sound. It adds a little grunt and pipe to the bike. Has enough noise when at low speed, and isn't noticeable at 70 on the freeway. I think it's about right for the bike. It has a nice "gurgle"[/li] [li]Like the short look and how it tucks under and out of the way.
[/li]
Negatives
[li]It just slips on the 4x1 and I wish it had a clamp. (FYI, it doesn't seem to leak nor have any rattling)[/li] [li]The "power box" under the bike just slips on as well. (FYI, it doesn't seem to leak nor have any rattling)
[/li]

I do like it, although I think in the end I might have just done a full exhaust like the Moriwaki Short Full Exhaust. For some reason I didn't see that first, or didn't think I could retain the center stand, yet I saw a picture with it on Samurider with the center stand...

I like the look & sound. Almost went with one as well. Can you take the power box off & cap outlet? Wondering how it would sound.

It's very easy to take the power box off, and should be very easy to cap if the right size could be found.

The center stand stop might need to be adjusted to hit against the power box outlet/cap as right now it hits against the power box.

Know any good places to purchase an exhaust cap? The OD of that power box outlet is about 43.5 mm.

That's a well-engineered muffler and sounds perfect. Priced right and retains stock headers.

Can the power box with duals be put on a stock 2013 CB 1100 even though it comes with single exhaust ?

Yes it can. I investigated a lot on options of dual exhausts for my 2013 STD but at the end I went with full system from Moriwaki.
Thanks for the response .
